Anne Duggan

Anne is responsible for Real Estate, Commercial & Financial Advisory within Groundup Advisory with a career spanning over 25 years in major infrastructure project development and delivery across the globe. Matt has a proven track record in executing complex transactions across the housing continuum – arranging capital for large scale social and affordable projects, specialist disability accommodation through to private market housing. As a trusted advisor Matt has worked with faith -based organizations, community housing providers and government agencies to expand their housing portfolios and ultimately make a significant difference in people’s lives.

Biography

Prior to Groundup Advisory Anne worked as a Division Director at Macquarie Capital in Australia and Asia and as a Partner in KPMG’s Infrastructure division with responsibility for leading the development of the social infrastructure advisory business in NSW. Over the course of the last 25 years, Anne has developed and delivered hundreds of infrastructure and real estate projects, including privately financed projects.  She is a market leading commercial and financial adviser in infrastructure project development and delivery and has extensive experience in leading major infrastructure bids.   She is an expert in real estate project and social infrastructure project delivery and has worked with clients that span across all sectors of infrastructure, the not for profit sector, Commonwealth and State governments.

Anne commenced her career in investment banking working for Bankers Trust and has also worked with some of the largest infrastructure delivery business globally including Suez Environnement, Lendlease and CIMIC.
